Job Title: Beauty Tech Analyst - Virtual Try-On & Digital Merchandising Location: Bolingbrook, IL 60440 Schedule: Hybrid (1 day onsite per month) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Beauty Tech Analyst to support digital merchandising and virtual try-on experiences within an eCommerce environment. This role blends beauty expertise with technical and analytical skills, focusing on product launches, color accuracy, and enhancing customer experience through AR-based tools. Key Responsibilities • Partner with merchandising and buying teams to coordinate and track product samples for new launches • Monitor product deliveries and follow up on delayed shipments for new and emerging brands • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize third-party brand launches within virtual try-on platforms • Capture, label, and document makeup swatches using iOS and macOS devices • Extract and analyze color data (hex values) from swatches using Adobe Photoshop • Assist in SKU setup and data entry within calibration and internal systems • Support analytics and performance tracking across categories, brands, and products • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements • Assist in business validation testing and quality assurance processes • Contribute to training documentation and QA support • Provide recommendations to improve digital merchandising and virtual try-on experiences • Support digital campaigns, including product looks and SKU-based promotions • Manage QR code creation, tracking, and troubleshooting for marketing initiatives (print, in-store, and digital) Required Qualifications • 1-2 years of relevant experience (eCommerce, beauty, digital merchandising, or similar) • Strong interest or background in cosmetics and beauty products • Experience using iOS and macOS platforms • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint preferred • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (color extraction, image handling) • Strong attention to detail, especially related to color accuracy • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar tools • Background or understanding of color theory • Exposure to AR/virtual try-on tools or digital product experiences Work Environment • Hybrid work model with minimal onsite requirement • Fast-paced eCommerce and digital innovation environment • Cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, analytics, and product teams For more details reach atvgill@navitassols.comor Call / Text at 516-862-1203.
