Organizes interdepartmental meetings and communication to ensure project/program completion. Directs the activities of project support staff, project managers, and sub-contractors. Ensures resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate successful project completion. Assigns and monitors work of technical team members providing support and interpretation of objectives. Manages priorities that require critical thinking and complex problem-solving. Leads and communicates project scope, goals, and responsibilities to the project team. Establishes clear stakeholder expectations and complex requirements. Develops and maintains reporting procedures. Monitors performance in project and program control activities. Develops reports related to project activities, general project management, and financial issues. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.
