Work From Home Travel Support Specialist
We are currently hiring a Remote Travel Support Specialist to assist clients throughout their travel journey—from planning and booking to pre-travel support and trip-related updates.
In this role, you will help travelers feel informed, supported, and taken care of while providing professional service in a fully remote environment.
No prior travel industry experience is required, but is a plus.
We provide training, mentorship, and tools to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients remotely through phone, email, and online messaging
Manage reservations, booking updates, cancellations, and special requests
Share clear and detailed information regarding destinations and travel policies
Monitor upcoming departures and proactively contact clients when necessary
Professionally resolve inquiries and concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction

Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Background in customer service (travel industry experience is a plus)
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Able to work independently in a remote setting
Quick to adapt to booking platforms and digital tools
