About the Role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join a fast-growing Fintech company focused on building and scaling innovative payment solutions for the U.S. market. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of critical payment products, working at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience. You will play a key role in shaping scalable, reliable, and user-centric payment systems that power financial operations for thousands (and eventually millions) of users. As a senior member of the team, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on product execution, collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex, high-scale financial products with real-world impact. Responsibilities Own the product lifecycle end-to-end: from discovery and strategy to delivery and iteration Define and drive the roadmap for payments-related products, aligning with business goals and customer needs Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, and Compliance teams to deliver scalable and secure payment solutions Translate complex payment flows (e.g., transactions, settlements, reconciliations) into clear product requirements and user experiences Leverage data and user insights to inform product decisions and continuously optimize performance Manage integrations with third-party providers (e.g., payment gateways, processors, banking partners) Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards relevant to fintech and payments ecosystems Prioritize initiatives effectively, balancing business impact, technical complexity, and user value Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at different levels Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous improvement of payment flows and conversion rates Requirements Must-Have 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on fintech or payments products Proven experience working with payment systems (e.g., payment gateways, card processing, wallets, ACH, cross-border payments) Bilingual proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive product decisions Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams Ability to understand technical concepts and collaborate effectively with engineering teams Experience managing third-party integrations and external vendors within the payments ecosystem Strong product sense: Ability to balance user experience, business goals, and technical constraints Hands-on experience defining product requirements, writing specs, and managing backlogs Nice-to-Have Experience working with U.S. financial systems and regulations (e.g., PCI compliance, KYC, AML) Background in high-growth startups or scaling fintech products Experience with international or cross-border payment systems Familiarity with data tools (e.g., SQL, dashboards) and experimentation frameworks Experience working with AI-driven or automation tools in product workflows What We Offer Payment in USD 100% Remote: Work from anywhere in LATAM International Projects: Work with high-growth startups in the U.S. and Latin America Learning Platforms: Access to specialized training resources English Classes: Corporate language support Collaborative Culture: A people-first environment focused on technical excellence and community Apply To This Job
