As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing the sales and clinical teams for your assigned territory, while collaborating with our Region Clinical Manager to drive growth and revenue. If you're a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and leadership, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities** As a Sales Leader at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Directing the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives * Leading and managing the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members * Directing the sales performance in specified regions * Identifying, hiring, retaining, and developing talent through proactive performance management * Developing strategies for launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing accounts * Establishing effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure sensitivity to the needs of sales * Leading difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects * Collaborating with cross-functional departments within the organization to support region growth **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A proven track record of sales leadership experience, with a strong focus on driving growth and revenue * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies * Experience managing and developing talent, with a focus on performance management and development * A strong understanding of the medical device industry, with a focus on circulatory and respiratory support * A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment * A strong understanding of the healthcare industry, with a focus on clinical sales and marketing * Experience collaborating with cross-functional departments, such as marketing, product development, and clinical affairs * A strong understanding of sales analytics and performance metrics * Experience developing and executing sales strategies, with a focus on launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing accounts **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives, managers, and sales teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies * Experience managing and developing talent, with a focus on performance management and development * A strong understanding of the medical device industry, with a focus on circulatory and respiratory support * A strong understanding of sales analytics and performance metrics * Experience developing and executing sales strategies, with a focus on launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing accounts **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
