As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, building relationships with our customers every day. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication.
