**Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative Role**
We're seeking highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a temporary, remote basis. As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll work in response to catastrophe relief efforts, providing critical support to our clients and their customers. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working from the comfort of your own home.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs
* Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process
* Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
* Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
* Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
**Computer and Network Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and secure experience, we require:
* A personal computer with Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Home operating system
* A headset (preferably with a noise-cancelling feature)
* A private network connection (Ethernet or Wi-Fi)
* A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps (tested using www.speedtest.net)
* No VPNs or public network connections
**Desired Characteristics**
We're looking for individuals who are:
* Highly motivated and driven to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Energetic and dedicated to meeting the needs of our clients and their customers
* Excellent communicators with strong organizational, written, and oral skills
* Able to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words per minute)
* Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating systems
* Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record
* Customer service oriented with empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness
* Able to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Be at least 18 years old
* Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
* Have a basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
* Be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the onboarding process
