* Active Adjuster Insurance License
* Customer service experience preferred
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving abilities
* Ability to type at least 25 wpm
* Proficient in using desktop computer systems
* Organizational and prioritization skills
**Responsibilities**
* Connect with customers via phone to file/document claims for accidents
* Assist customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements
* Communicate with medical providers and insurance entities regarding claims
* De-escalate and resolve customer issues as necessary
* Track all relevant call information for auditing purposes
**Qualifications**
* Must possess an active Adjuster Insurance License
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred
* Must be over 18 years of age
* High School Graduate or GED
* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
