**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Preparing, sorting, and interpreting data in an organized manner to ensure efficient entry and accuracy
* Closing Batch Tickets for both locations (Pembroke & Tower) with attention to detail and timeliness
* Reading and understanding product formulas, building sheets, and bill of materials to ensure accurate data entry
* Understanding units of measure and the significance of accurate reporting and data entry
* Clarifying missing information by contacting document authors and maintaining current tracking systems
* Updating existing systems to meet future requirements and ensuring compliance with Quality Systems, SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices
* Adhering to PPE requirements as required and performing other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Bilingual English/Spanish (reading/writing/speaking) skills
* An Associate degree or equivalent
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment
* Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience in manufacturing or a related field
* Experience with data management software and systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
