**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:
* Classifying and organizing data into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
* Retaining detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
* Performing searches on websites for information
* Auditing reports and sheets of data
* Verifying, correcting, and deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources
* Reviewing finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before submitting the final product
* Obtaining further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data entry and processing
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, and customer database systems
* Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools
* Expertise in computer research and data entry
* Comprehensive knowledge of data entry principles and best practices
