**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for entering and locating work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems, transmitting information or documents using a computer, and verifying information in documents or on computer screens for accuracy and completeness. You'll also be expected to operate standard office equipment, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems
* Transmit information or documents using a computer
* Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print)
* Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests
* Verify information in documents or on computer screens, including text, printed forms, and lists for accuracy and completeness
* Operate standard office equipment other than computers, such as telephone, typewriter, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals
* Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
* Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; and identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings
* Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications
* Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and be productive in a remote setting
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a hospitality or customer service environment
* Knowledge of point of sale systems and data management software
* Certification in data entry or a related field
* Experience working in a team environment and contributing to team goals
* Ability to speak multiple languages

**Compensation and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
* Hourly rate: $18.50 to $24.00 per hour
* Accrual of 0.03334 PTO balance for every hour worked
* Eligibility to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually
