**Experienced Full Stack Data Application Architect – Web & Cloud Application Development**

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing data applications that meet the needs of our business stakeholders. You will work closely with our IT teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of data applications, and you will be responsible for defining and implementing execution boundaries, balance, and sustainability of data applications. **Key Responsibilities** * Assume responsibility for the end-to-end planning and execution of data applications, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's rules and structures. * Act as a primary point of contact with other technology teams to collaborate on the extraction, transformation, and loading of data, ensuring consistent integration and optimal execution of data sources. * Define and implement execution boundaries, balance, and sustainability of data applications, effectively monitoring and promoting the reuse of components. * Develop and maintain modern principles and rules for emerging technologies within our organization, ensuring that all applications are compliant with these guidelines throughout the project lifecycle. * Provide direct technical expertise and support to Data Item Groups, including Partners, Item Leads, Data Architects, and Data Experts, ensuring the team is equipped to meet business objectives. * Lead the development of Proof of Concepts for new challenges and provide detailed guidance on their execution, ensuring adherence to best practices and company principles. * Continuously review stage execution metrics to ensure effectiveness and productivity, proactively addressing any issues and seeking opportunities for growth. * Proactively identify risk factors in our data applications and attempt to mitigate potential issues early in the planning stage. * Effectively monitor technical accountability and lead redesign efforts to enhance system functionality and lifespan. * Provide training and mentorship to Data Designers, Data Experts, and Data Researchers, enabling them with the skills required to succeed in their roles and adhere to best practices in data management. * Participate in data sharing meetings to elevate the technical skills of the team and foster a collaborative environment. * Hold responsibility for the final expectations of the data design projects, ensuring they meet all practical and technical requirements specified by stakeholders. **Capability and Necessities** * 5+ years' experience working with Data Items Development. * 3+ years' experience planning and executing Data Items (Extractions, Reports, Dashboards). * Four-year degree in Software Engineering or related field. * Experience with Business Intelligence Data Perception tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Microstrategy, etc. * Experience with Azure Cloud Data Services and Design. * Strong Data with social SQL databases and NON social databases * Strong knowledge of data modeling and design. * Experience with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tools. * Knowledge of design and networking across different Cloud Stages (Azure, AWS, and GCP). * Effective Communication in English (Oral and Writing). * Knowledge of Scrum Procedures. * Preferred Capabilities and Experience * Experience planning, designing, and developing Data Science and AI. * Experience using CI/CD tools - GitHub, GoCD, Terraform, and Azure DevOps. * Experience in programming languages used in Data Items Development. * Knowledge with Master Data Management (MDM). * Grasp of Agile Scrum and DevOps best practices. * Experience working in a global, distributed team, with in-house and external delivery assets. * Working on one Spry lifecycle management tool like Jira or Azure DevOps. **How We Can Help You** * Advancement and Innovation: The opportunity to work with a world-renowned team that is at the forefront of innovation. * Access to Elite Pioneers: Access to global technology leaders that will expand your network and expose you to emerging technologies and procedures. * Dexterous Workplace: We embrace agility with management that believes in eliminating barriers and empowering you to explore, emphasize, and advance. **Our Motivation and Development Culture** We are making a conscious effort to foster a comprehensive culture that is grounded in our organization's purpose, to refresh the world and have an impact.
