**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company, providing top-notch customer service and sales support to our valued customers. You'll be responsible for addressing a wide range of customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and promoting our latest products and services. With your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and consultative approach, you'll help our customers stay connected to what matters most while driving sales growth and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers via phone, email, and chat
* Resolve complex customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Promote arenaflex's latest products and services to customers, meeting monthly sales goals and targets
* Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer questions and concerns, navigating multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Tier 3 support, third-party vendors, and suppliers, to address issues and provide customer resolution
* Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service
* Troubleshoot and resolve various customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data, spanning multiple networks and elements
* Provide customers with expert advice on our products and services, including air cards, USB devices, and AT&T-provided software and applications
**What You'll Need**
* Call center or customer service experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment
* Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
* Occasional overtime may be required
* High-speed, secure, and dedicated internet service and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
* Ability to participate in workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.
**What We Offer**
* Competitive pay starting between $16.20 to $18.87 per hour
* Additional compensation up to $3000 a month, when you meet your sales goals and performance expectations
