Your Role as a Customer Service Associate
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to our valued sellers and customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing transactions and relationships with sellers and customers through phone and email interactions
- Resolving issues and concerns in a fair and constructive manner
- Providing real-time assistance to customers and sellers, ensuring timely confirmation of orders
- Investigating instances of customer experience issues and determining the root cause
- Handling day-to-day interactions with sellers, including answering questions and addressing concerns
- Navigating order queues to identify and resolve potential issues
Your Progress as a Customer Service Associate
As you progress in your role, you can expect to:
- Complete new hire orientation and gain a deep understanding of arenaflex's operations and the live event industry
- Develop industry knowledge and critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions
- Investigate customer experience issues and resolve them fairly and constructively
- Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, including answering questions and addressing concerns

Work Environment and Schedule
arenaflex is committed to providing a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development. As a Customer Service Associate, you can expect to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Your schedule will be:
- Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off
- Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off
Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- A base salary of $40,000
- Overtime eligibility for hours worked over 40 per week
- Bi-annual bonuses
