**What You Will Be Doing**
As a Virtual Customer Service Associate II (Retirement Plans), you will play a critical role in connecting people with solutions that help them reach their financial goals through consultative conversations via the phone. Your responsibilities will include:
* Taking ownership of customer requests by navigating through the nuances of their situations
* Actively listening to understand the underlying needs of a customer's request
* Understanding the suite of products and services available across multiple channels (digital, face-to-face, high net worth, etc.) and positioning appropriate solutions based upon the customer's need
* Connecting people with solutions that help them reach their financial goals through consultative conversations via the phone
**Class Start Date and Training Schedule**
The class start date is November 4th, 2024, and the training schedule will vary. You must be flexible to work the assigned shift based on business needs. This is a hybrid role for those who are local to our Jacksonville, Florida office site. You will be required to work on-site during your scheduled shift.
**What You Bring**
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring:
* A college degree (preferred) or a High School Diploma or GED (minimum education accepted)
* Customer service experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise scrutiny when confronted with conflicting information
**Added Bonus**

* Spanish bilingual skills (a plus)
* The ability to tenaciously solve problems with tact, efficiency, and follow through to identify opportunities to improve operational processes and procedures

**Compensation and Benefits**
The pay range for this full-time position is $15.40 - $27.45, and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
