Your key responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information, including resolving inquiries and authorizing sales * Building relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive work environment * Utilizing Microsoft Outlook and other software applications to manage customer information and communicate with colleagues * Working collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and service excellence **What You'll Need to Succeed** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders * Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows, type while talking, and use Microsoft Outlook * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 6+ months customer service experience, or military equivalent experience * Must live within 2 1/2 hour commute of the Rapid City, SD location * Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet * Willingness to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process **Our Way of Working** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from home, full-time. You'll need to have a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet. We'll provide you with the computer, technology, and equipment needed to successfully perform your job.
