This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex negotiations. As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's sourcing and procurement regulations. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate with commercial business stakeholders to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, maximizing the value of our professional services spend * Build and maintain relationships with key executives, advising on market engagement and identifying top-tier provider partners * Lead deal negotiations, ensuring optimal contract terms and conditions * Develop and execute RFI/RFP processes for professional services, adhering to TWDC policies and procedures * Analyze bids, identifying opportunities to achieve the best value for arenaflex * Prepare and execute clear, data-driven negotiation strategies using Strategic Sourcing methodology * Prepare and execute contracts, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's sourcing and procurement regulations * Develop and execute performance control applications with providers, focusing on quality, responsiveness, and cost * Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices * Communicate and document key relationships with external partners, influencing planning and decision-making * Analyze market trends and conditions impacting internal stakeholders and external providers * Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices * Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all interactions **Key Skills and Qualifications** * 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in professional services sourcing * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex negotiations * Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels * Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment * Internal client awareness and the ability to work in various environments * Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities * Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes, basic legal terms and conditions, and entertainment industry trends and conditions * Proven experience working with the legal department on boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with companies offering consulting and advisory services * Professional services sourcing history and/or consulting/advisory experience * Strong understanding of the entertainment industry and its trends and conditions **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $25 to $30 per hour * Opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, collaborating with key stakeholders to drive strategic sourcing initiatives * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Opportunity to work with a global leader in the entertainment industry, renowned for its creative storytelling and innovative products **How to Apply** If you're a seasoned Sourcing Specialist with a passion for strategic procurement and contract negotiation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
