**The Ideal Candidate**
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Learning Specialist who is passionate about creating engaging and effective learning experiences. As a leader in our Learning Delivery team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that drive business results and enhance the skills of our Customer Support Associates.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Learning Specialist, you'll perform the following tasks:
* **Supervise and Analyze Learning Metrics**: Oversee structured learning metrics and analyze results for the assigned territory and region, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance the learning experience.
* **Manage Live Performance Metrics**: End-to-end management of live performance metrics for the assigned territory, ensuring timely completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives.
* **Conduct Learning Sessions**: Deliver training courses, including new process training, continuous learning, new hire batches, and transfer batches, using a variety of modalities, such as self-directed, instructor-led, virtual, and experiential learning.
* **Maintain Data and Analysis**: Utilize Excel to maintain data and analysis reports, providing insights to stakeholders and informing business decisions.
* **Partner with Operational Stakeholders**: Collaborate with operational stakeholders as a key point of contact for the Learning Experience team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
* **Identify and Certify Learning Coaches**: Identify and certify learning coaches, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality training programs.
* **Lead Individual Improvement Projects**: Develop and lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance, driving quality and learning metrics.
* **Conduct Chime Sessions and Classroom Sessions**: Facilitate chime sessions and classroom sessions with stakeholders, promoting engagement and knowledge sharing.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **2+ Years of Experience in Training Delivery**: Proven experience in training delivery roles, with a focus on adult learning, content design, and facilitation.
* **1 Year of Customer Service Experience**: Experience in customer service or customer service-related work, with a strong understanding of the Amazon Contact Tenets and Leadership Principles.
* **Proficient Computer Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), as well as instructional software.
* **Language Skills**: Highly accurate and fluent in Japanese and English, with spoken and written accuracy and fluency in both languages.
* **Flexibility**: Flexible to work within a 24/7 x 365 days global team across a variety of time zones.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Experience as a Trainer or Corporate Training Specialist**: Experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position, with a focus on adult learning and content design.
* **Project Management Skills**: Project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
* **Strong Multi-Tasking Ability**: Strong ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
