**Your Role as a Customer Service Associate**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with our valued sellers and customers to resolve any issues that may arise. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing transactions and relationships with sellers and customers through phone and email interactions
* Responding to a wide range of event and order-related questions, ensuring that our customers receive elite service
* Investigating instances where customer experience has been affected, determining the root cause, and resolving issues fairly and constructively
* Handling day-to-day interactions with sellers, going above and beyond traditional customer service responsibilities
* Navigating order queues to provide real-time assistance and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers
**Your Journey with arenaflex**
As a Customer Service Associate, you can expect your role expectations to progress in the following ways:
* **30 days in**: Complete new hire orientation, gaining the knowledge and resources needed to succeed in the live event industry. Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.
* **60 days in**: Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, navigating order queues to provide real-time assistance.
* **90 days in**: Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

**Work Environment and Schedule**
arenaflex is proud to offer a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance in-office and remote work. Your schedule will be:
* **First 4 weeks**: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, for training (paid and in-office)
* **Hybrid model**: 3 days in-office and 2 days at home
* **Hours**: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off or 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off
**Compensation and Benefits**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $40,000, with overtime eligibility, bi-annual bonuses, and an annual equity grant. Any hours worked over 40/week are eligible for overtime pay.
