You will work closely with our dispensing pharmacists to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our medication dispensing process, and you will be responsible for triaging customer service requests, calculating and verifying correct dosages, and creating and maintaining accurate customer records. **Day in the Life** As a member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: * Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process * Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required * Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions * Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner * Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags * Creating and maintaining accurate customer records **The Team and Rewarding Benefits** arenaflex provides care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communications, and chronic care settings.
