As an IT Technician, you'll be responsible for supporting employees in all aspects of end-user computing, including software/hardware installations, upgrades, and general maintenance of PC workstations and peripherals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals * Answer customer service issues raised from the Helpdesk * Contribute to workstation projects (global installs/redesigns) as a project team member * Remotely diagnose and resolve issues using remote tools * Investigate and collaborate with other departments to assist with system-related issues * Record customer interactions in incident management software, including resource management * Recover data from hard drives or perform data migration * Maintain remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband connectivity for workstations * Install and configure local and network-based printers * Perform routine maintenance and support tasks * Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared to travel as required * Follow management direction, complying with IT strategy and procedures * Perform other duties as assigned * Venture, as required **What you'll need for success:** * **Essential Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience/training + 2 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and hardware issues + First-hand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment * **Preferred Qualifications:** + A+ certification + MCSE/MCP certification or higher + Past IT experience in an aircraft/airport environment + Familiarity with workflow and tagging systems + Knowledge of VPN networks and ability to troubleshoot issues + Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment + Ability to lift at least 50 pounds **What you'll get:** * **Comprehensive Benefits Package:** Enjoy medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits from day one, plus virtual doctor visits, flexible spending accounts, and more! * **Health Programs:** Take advantage of our wellness programs, which provide the tools, resources, and support you need to be your best self. * **401(k) Program:** Accessible upon hire, with employer contributions to your 401(k) program available after one year. * **Additional Perks:** Enjoy our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, vehicles, travel, and more! **Join the arenaflex family and become part of a diverse and inclusive workforce!** At arenaflex, we believe that diversity and inclusion are the foundation of a powerful workforce.
