**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for:
* Bringing your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to customers' health plans
* Conducting research and making outbound calls to provide answers for customers regarding general health care benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members
* Assisting members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues with a smile, and making a positive impact on customers' lives
**A Typical Day**
* You'll work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and prioritize your tasks
* You'll be part of a dynamic, global team of customer service professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional experiences

* You'll receive ongoing training and support to ensure you have the skills and knowledge you need to excel
**What You Bring to the Role**
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy, just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving
* Computer experience, with a reliable high-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps)
* A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative), and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in
