**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Standards Data Analyst to join our team in Dallas, USA. As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will be responsible for utilizing data to create, present, and make recommendations for new ideas and projects, as well as performing basic analysis to reduce the risk of resistance through process enhancements. These enhancements will support our organizational objectives, including maintaining low costs, modernizing our operations, and improving compliance, thereby giving us a competitive advantage.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data on various components.
* Help create and present results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders.
* Assist in exploring special requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Initiatives to make business decisions while adjusting existing task responsibilities.
* Present findings, patterns, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate partner understanding.
* Help create and distribute specific questions to collect and organize data from various sources, establishing the rhythm and approving the need for data requirements.
* Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/surveys and communicate findings to the team.
* Assess the effectiveness of processes and strategies by observing for patterns and errors.
* Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision.
* May perform other work assignments as directed by Group Leader.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data analysis, statistics, or business administration.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, coordinate, and analyze large amounts of data with precision and care.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey ideas to diverse audiences.
* Ability to evaluate business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
* Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques, with experience in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
* Ability to identify and analyze patterns, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on liabilities and autonomous decision-making.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Past internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of data governance and compliance principles.
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
* Ability to plan and support large business initiatives.
* Experience working with sensitive and confidential data.
