About the Role

We're seeking experienced part-time customer support representatives to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer support representative, you'll be the face of our company, building relationships with our customers and delivering exceptional service every day. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills through industry-leading training and ongoing coaching, while learning what it means to continually set the standard for world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality products and services to our customers, including answering their questions, resolving their issues, and selling our products that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Continuously improve our processes and procedures to ensure that we're delivering the best possible experience for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share your knowledge with our team to ensure that we're always providing the best possible service.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services or payments industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Knowledge of the payments and financial services industry, including products and services offered by arenaflex.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
