* **Preparing Client Documents & Travel Tips**: Create and distribute essential documents and travel tips to clients.
* **Updating Daily Activity, Reporting, and Status**: Accurately record and update client information in our cloud-based CRM.
* **Managing Client Profiles & Bookings**: Effectively manage client profiles and bookings, ensuring seamless execution of travel plans.
* **Serving as Backup Travel Support/Main Point of Contact**: Provide emergency support and assistance to clients as needed, even outside of normal office hours.
* **Continuing Professional Development**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing new tools and strategies to enhance our remote workplace culture.
