**A Day in the Life**
As a Healthcare CSR, your typical schedule will be Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM EST. Your role will involve:
* Conducting outbound calls and emails to prospective clients using a provided script to deliver strategic brand messaging.
* Engaging and building rapport with gatekeepers and decision-makers to understand their needs, share accurate information, and effectively promote our client's product.
* Maintaining accurate records of calls in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
* Identifying and nurturing potential leads in the healthcare industry to contribute to the company's growth.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A minimum educational requirement for this position.
