With a focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee growth, we're creating a workplace that's as unique as our customers. **About the Role** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers who contact us for a variety of topics ranging from helping them shop for their new pet to problem-solving when something doesn't go as planned. You'll be responsible for: * Engaging directly with customers on the phone, using active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to resolve their issues * Researching and problem-solving to determine the best solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-ups as needed * Operating with a willingness to learn, sharing feedback, and being open-minded to grow * Engaging with teammates, your direct Manager, and other team members across the organization using virtual collaboration tools to contribute to a customer-centric culture of collaboration **What You'll Need** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2 years of customer service experience * Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written assessment * Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet to search for information to help support our customers * Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company * Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit * Must bring proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information * High school diploma or equivalent * Must be able to pass a background check **Technical Requirements** To work from home, you'll need: * A large, distraction-free workspace with a computer monitor and webcam * A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed) * A cell phone or tablet that can be used for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify **Why arenaflex Customer Service?** We're not just a company – we're a community of pet lovers who are dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our customers.
