**Experienced Inbound Sales Representative – Virtual Customer Engagement and Sales Excellence**

**Job Summary:**
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, interacting with customers to find and purchase their ideal products, and providing a world-class customer experience. You'll work in a virtual environment, handling approximately 40 calls per day, and will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets. Your day-to-day schedule will be available in our scheduling system, allowing you to plan your shifts and ensure maximum availability and responsiveness to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience
* Work with customers to find and purchase their ideal products, upselling and cross-selling where applicable
* Contact item providers to obtain additional information not available on the arenaflex website
* Follow the assigned Sales Cycle and call stream, including testing questions, accepting deals, and building compatibility
* Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products that may not have been initially considered
* Meet and exceed sales targets, with remuneration tied to key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Maintain focus on customers, minimizing distractions and interruptions throughout the shift
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and participate in team-building activities, sales challenges, and other aspects of our company culture
**What You'll Need:**
* Solid critical thinking skills and the ability to think logically in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or virtual environment
* High school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred
* Ability to work in a virtual environment, comfortable with technology, and maintaining a high level of critical thinking skills
* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to learn and use software applications required for the job
* Regular and punctual attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position
* Ability to engage and connect with others quickly, using your personality to build rapport
* Proven ability to make the best decision, even in high-pressure situations
* Ability to maintain the required internet speed of at least 25 Mbps (download) and 5 Mbps (upload) to support voice traffic and HTTPS web traffic using a hard-wired Ethernet internet connection (no WiFi)
* A quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions (arenaflex provides essential computer hardware)
