**Manager, Customer Insights Retail Media Network**

As a key member of the arenaflex team, you will engage directly with clients to review their media performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and develop test and learn plans to elevate their understanding of the arenaflex customer. **Your Impact** As a Manager of Customer Insights, you will have a significant impact on the success of arenaflex's retail media business. You will be responsible for creating annual strategic learning plans for business(es) supported, leading Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients, and serving as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting. Your expertise will be sought after by internal partners, leadership, and external clients and agencies, and you will be responsible for synthesizing disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments. **What You Will Do** * Creates annual strategic learning plans for business(es) supported, aligning with arenaflex's business objectives and client goals * Leads Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations for media optimization * Serves as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing guidance and support to internal partners, leadership, and external clients and agencies * Synthesizes disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments, delivering these recommendations to both internal leadership and external vendor-partners * Oversees the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights * Tells data stories that support other key deliverables, such as sales pitches and case studies, to communicate complex insights in a compelling and easy-to-understand way * Oversees omnichannel advertising efforts, aggregating all sources of insights to support other client-facing teams, such as sales and account management * Partners with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback * Integrates knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to arenaflex's LMN Insights team and the whole of the arenaflex retail media business, highlighting the state of the arenaflex customer in key forums with leadership **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative * 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics * Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management, with a proven track record of delivering results * Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way * Experience with A/B testing and experimentation * Experience with Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's Degree in a related field, such as Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, or MBA * Experience leading teams and delivering business impact * Experience managing global teams and working in a retail environment * Experience working with analytic/research software, such as SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, or similar tools **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a FORTUNE 50 home improvement company serving approximately 16 million customer transactions a week in the United States.
