Our company culture is built on collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Manufacturing Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for assessing product plans, developing manufacturing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of our hardware products. You will work closely with our Product Directors and Design Architects to determine our infrastructure needs and product specifications, ensuring that all components of our system work together seamlessly to provide a consistent and high-quality user experience. Your work will involve traveling to work sites with providers and providing remote support for pre-production builds. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead surveys among Design and Manufacturing teams to drive expectations that are critical to executing Design for Greatness (DFX) and test procedures. * Ensure plant availability, support manufacturing line ramp-up, provide product investigation training, and assemble feedback on form issues. Manage the backlog and drive yield span investigation to improve product quality. * Work with the Product team to identify risks and develop mitigation plans. Collaborate with Quality Engineers to establish product quality and reliability targets. Approve product capability plans, support reliability testing, and review results to ensure product performance meets requirements. * Coordinate the release of New Product Introduction (NPI) Bills of Materials (BOMs) into Product Information Management (PDM) systems. Support second-source part qualification and release of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs). **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. * At least 4 years of experience in a related field, such as manufacturing, supply chain management, or hardware development. * 3 years of experience in an organization creating supply chains in manufacturing and testing. * Experience working with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and component suppliers for server farm server-type products. **Preferred Qualifications** * 3 years of experience in an organization creating supply chains in manufacturing and testing. * Experience working with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and component suppliers for server farm-class server pedal items (e.g., GPU, FPGA, or ASIC). * Experience in creating and executing a design verification test plan for a complex electronic assembly. * Understanding of ASIC DFT and ATE test processes, as well as post-silicon validation. * Familiarity with SQL queries and scripting in Python or Bash. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and supply chain management tools. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
