**Your Role**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to students across the globe through chat, email, and phone.
* Guiding students through the enrollment, onboarding, up-sell, and return/refund process.
* Multitasking and problem-solving efficiently across technological platforms.
* Troubleshooting issues and communicating potential solutions with customers and internal teams as needed.
* Collaborating with other Support Representatives to expand the support experience for each of our brands.
* Assisting in transitioning all new brand information into the arenaflex template and system.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide timely and effective support to students through various communication channels.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brands, products, and services.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve the student experience.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
* Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment that fosters growth and innovation.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in the technology space.
* Exceptional communication skills and an innate ability to encourage even the most frustrated and confused customer.
* Ability to motivate customers and encourage them deeper into their hobby through coaching and upselling.
* Proven ability and willingness to problem-solve at a systemic level.
* Access to high-speed internet and ability to meet with coworkers via video chat.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Experience with upselling and cross-selling.

* **Current Shift Availability**: Monday-Thursday 2pm-8pm + Friday 2pm-5:30pm EST. Holiday coverage and occasional weekend shifts required.
