Role Description This is a part-time or full-time remote role for a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisory Designation (LISW-S). The therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy as well as conduct intake assessments and develop tailored treatment plans. Responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive client records and collaborating with colleagues to offer the highest standard of care. Active engagement in professional development and contributing to a supportive team environment is a key expectation. Qualifications • Hold a valid LISW or LISW-S license in good standing with the licensing authority • Proficiency in providing individual, family, and group therapy services • Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and development of evidence-based treatment plans • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills • Experience in conflict resolution, mediation, or trauma-informed approaches is a plus • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent collaboration with a remote team • Proficient in documentation and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards • Master's degree in Social Work • EMDR-certified Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
