About Us
We are a growing private psychotherapy practice offering virtual therapeutic services to residents across New York State and Connecticut. Our team specializes in treating Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and Maternal Mental Health, including PPA/PPD. We are currently seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our collaborative team in a flexible, part-time employee role.
We prioritize ethical employment practices, clear expectations, and a supportive clinical environment where therapists can focus on providing quality care without unnecessary administrative burden.
Position Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for an LMSW who values flexibility, clinical growth, and meaningful work with a diverse client base. This is a remote, W-2 employee position, with supervision and support provided.

This is a structured, high-commitment part-time position designed to provide clinical stability, strong supervision, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
• Provide individual virtual therapy sessions to clients located in NY.
• Conduct intake assessments and provide referrals as needed.
• Maintain timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Participate in individual and group supervision to support your growth and meet LCSW licensure requirements.
• Attend monthly virtual team meetings.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 billable client sessions per week (part-time), scheduled during times that suit both you and your clients.
• Maintain availability for at least four evening time blocks per week
Requirements (include but not limited to)
• Active LMSW licensure in good standing with New York State (no pending or active disciplinary actions).
• Reside within New York State.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes.
• Own computer and reliable internet for virtual sessions.
• Comfortable with remote work and using online platforms.
• Maintain professional liability insurance (proof required before start date).
• Coachable, open to feedback, and interested in practicing evidence-based therapy.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply if your clinical interests align with our focus areas.
• Commit to 20 consistent hours of weekly client billable contact by providing at least 24 hours of availability per week to account for cancellations. Additional hours are required for administrative work, documentation, supervision, and team meetings, which may vary week to week.
• Previous experience with direct client psychotherapy services or a strong understanding of psychotherapy practices is preferred.
Compensation & Employment Terms
• W-2 employment status (not a contractor role).
• Pay: $40 per billable individual session depending on experience, clinical specialization, and demonstrated competency. $50 per billable 1st intake session.
• Additional compensation for:
- Onboarding
- Administrative work
- Clinical documentation (up to 3 hrs per week)
- Required supervision
- Required team meetings
- Trainings
- No-shows (if client is charged the late fee)
Note: Compensation is based on a 60-minute billable client session. Sessions shorter than 60 minutes (e.g., 45-minute or 30-minute sessions) will be compensated on a prorated basis relative to the standard hourly rate.

Work Location & Schedule
• 100% Remote (must reside in New York State)
• Flexible schedule with a required minimum of 20 billable client sessions per week.
• LMSWs are expected to offer at least 24 available client session time slots weekly to accommodate cancellations and scheduling needs.
• Flexible scheduling within practice needs, including a minimum of four evening availability blocks weekly.
This Role May Not Be the Best Fit If You Are Seeking
• A completely unstructured or drop-in schedule
• A contractor-style role with minimal oversight
• Very low weekly clinical commitment
