Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Data Analyst to assist Intus’ client delivery and product operation teams with data analysis, process improvement, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting decision-making through insightful reporting. This position is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will: • Provide analytical support to Intus’ client delivery, utilization management and risk consulting teams • Build customer facing analytics apps and dashboards in Sigma Computing • Build and apply statistical prediction models to improve quality of care • Develop reusable semantic models, metrics and user-defined functions to support Analytics and Data Engineering teams • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track key population health KPIs • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices • Assist in ad hoc projects and analyses as required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Math, or related field • 5 to 10 years of experience in data analysis • 5 years of experience in population health or healthcare finance • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Strong understanding of SQL or Python for data manipulation • High proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Sigma Computing, Looker, Mode, Tableau, and Qlik • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Working knowledge of statistical and machine-learning models is a plus • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment • Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly What We Offer: • A chance to be a part of a trailblazing team in healthcare technology. • Competitive salary and equity package. • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance. • A collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic work environment. • Opportunities for professional growth and development Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $120-$140k. We expect the ideal candidate to fall near the midpoint of this range, though final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs. Final compensation will also include a variable component and stock options. Work location: This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
