Social Media, Podcast & Content Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive individual to play a key role in managing and growing a fast-moving media platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work across podcast production, guest coordination, social media, and content initiatives, including masterclasses and expert-led features. You will be at the center of it all, helping to oversee guests, support hosts, and bring high-quality content to life across multiple channels. About Us We are a growing media company with a strong presence on LinkedIn, reaching nearly 100,000 followers, and an established podcast featuring founders, executives, and industry leaders. We are expanding quickly and launching additional brands and content initiatives in the coming months. What You’ll Be Doing • Supporting day-to-day social media efforts (primarily LinkedIn) • Coordinating podcast production, scheduling, and guest communication • Managing podcast recordings using Riverside • Acting as a liaison between hosts, guests, and internal team members • Sourcing and organizing high-quality podcast guests and contributors • Assisting with masterclasses and expert-led content • Managing website content (articles, videos, features) • Keeping timelines, deliverables, and communications organized • Coordinating with a high volume of guests and contributors Requirements • Experience with Riverside podcasts • Strong phone and communication skills • Able to confidently speak with guests and represent the brand professionally • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once • Proactive, responsive, and resourceful Why This Is a Great Opportunity • Work across a growing media platform with real momentum • Exposure to founders, executives, and industry leaders • Be part of scaling a brand with strong visibility and reach • Opportunity to grow into a larger role as the company expands Pay: $55,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
