Paid Media & Creator Marketing Specialist (Contractor)
About the position
We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Media & Creator Marketing Specialist to support short-term maternity leave coverage (contract/1099). This role will own day-to-day execution and optimization across paid channels while managing our creator and affiliate program, with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and creative insights.
Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize daily performance across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Affiliate
• Conduct ongoing audits to ensure campaigns are pacing efficiently and hitting targets
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and channel mix
• Manage creator seeding, partnerships, and affiliate relationships
• Identify and scale high-performing creators and partnerships
• Support campaign execution and ongoing optimization
• Partner with internal teams to brief and iterate on paid media creative
• Ensure alignment with marketing calendar and campaign priorities
• Support development of weekly and monthly campaign briefs
• Track and analyze channel and creative performance
• Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Support external agency partners to ensure alignment on performance and execution
Requirements
• 3–5+ years experience in paid media
• Experience managing creator/influencer and affiliate programs
• Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, GA4
• Strong analytical and performance optimization skills
• Experience working cross-functionally and with external partners
Nice-to-haves
• eCommerce/DTC experience preferred
