Chat Support Representative
Job Description:
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via chat to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively while demonstrating a strong understanding of company products and services.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and overall service quality.
• Assist in training new team members on chat support protocols and best practices.
• Identify recurring customer issues and collaborate with management to develop proactive solutions.
• Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple chats and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems.
