Appointment Setter, Travel Services
Job Description:
• Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to introduce our services
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for travel advisors using online calendars and scheduling tools
• Respond to basic questions and ensure interested clients are prepared for consultations
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and scheduled meetings in CRM tools
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
• Self-starter with strong time-management skills
• Comfortable using scheduling software, email platforms, and CRM systems
• Experience in customer service, appointment setting, or virtual assistance is a plus
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
