This is a flexible, on-call opportunity ideal for experienced notaries who are responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with attorneys, clients, and legal professionals. Responsibilities • Travel to client locations for notarizations (homes, offices, hospitals, etc.) • Verify signer identity and ensure documents are executed properly • Administer oaths and acknowledgments in compliance with California law • Maintain accurate notary journal records • Return completed documents promptly (scanbacks or physical delivery as needed) • Communicate clearly with our scheduling team and clients Service Areas You should be available to cover one or more of the following: San Fernando Valley, Calabasas, Santa Monica, Malibu, Agoura Hills, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Camarillo, Chatsworth, Woodland Hills, Moorpark, Newbury Park, Oxnard, Ventura, Ojai Requirements • Active California Notary Public commission • Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation • Strong understanding of California notary laws and procedures • Professional appearance and demeanor • Ability to handle sensitive legal documents with discretion • Availability for short-notice assignments is a plus Preferred Qualifications • Experience with legal or litigation-related notarizations • Background in loan signings or deposition support • Ability to handle high-volume or time-sensitive requests • Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Compensation • Competitive per-assignment pay • Travel compensation based on distance • Opportunity for consistent work based on performance and availability How to Apply https://notarybooker.com/job-opportunities Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
