We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher to join our National Customer Service Center in Temple, TX. Our National Customer Service Center in Temple, TX is a hub of activity, with a team of experts working around the clock to provide exceptional service to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher, you'll be at the forefront of this effort, working closely with our team to deliver outstanding results. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients across the continent * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Dispatching technicians and field staff to customer locations as needed * Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions and dispatch activities * Collaborating with the customer service team to achieve service level agreements and quality targets * Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge * Working variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 customer service coverage **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills * Ability to type 35+ wpm and maintain accurate records * Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service or dispatching a plus **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Bi-lingual abilities (English and Spanish) * Previous experience in customer service or dispatching * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly * Familiarity with customer service principles and practices **Career Growth Opportunities & Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
