As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service experiences to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and promoting our services to grow the arenaflex brand. If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service experiences through phone, email, and chat * Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Providing product information and promoting our services to grow the arenaflex brand * Using effective soft-selling and interpersonal communication skills to build strong relationships with customers * Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals * Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide accurate information to customers * Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and sales performance **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) * Prior experience in a call center environment (preferred but not required) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong PC skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude * Ability to communicate effectively with customers, business partners, and co-workers * Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities with high attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality * Knowledge of customer service software and systems * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Certification in customer service or a related field **How You'll Succeed** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees succeed and grow in their careers.
