**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative II, you will work under direct supervision to provide customer service support to customers and plan members. This role requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for responding to routine and complex customer service inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to routine and some non-routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, email, or chat.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and follow-up actions.
* Place orders, track shipments, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
* Follow up with customers as needed to clarify orders or resolve issues.
* Enter data from customer service interactions, including account numbers and rush order needs.
* Review customer service needs and refer to other service departments for follow-up as needed.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
* Meet quality standards for customer service, including response times and resolution rates.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
**Minimum Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* At least 1 year of experience working in customer service or 1 year of Medline Customer Service Rep I experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred.
* Experience working in a healthcare or medical supply industry.
* Knowledge of customer service software and systems.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
