Renewable Energy Project Manager, Solar and Wind Farms

Our client is a rapidly expanding leader in the renewable energy sector, seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to oversee the development and execution of solar and wind farm projects. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a blend of on-site presence in our **Fort Worth, Texas, US** office and remote flexibility. You will be responsible for managing all phases of project development, from initial feasibility studies and site selection through to construction, commissioning, and handover. This includes developing project plans, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with engineering teams, securing permits and regulatory approvals, and managing contractor relationships. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to safety and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the renewable energy industry. Proven experience managing solar and/or wind farm projects is essential. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement is required. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are critical for success in this role.
