**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing moderate-sized and complex customer projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving project success, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage customer projects from initiation to close, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, project scope, and arenaflex's financial boundaries.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, manufacturing, and support services, to ensure seamless project execution.
* Communicate project risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders, accurately predicting financial performance and revenue recognition.
* Utilize and improve arenaflex's project execution standards, documentation, and tools to drive efficiency and excellence.
* Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure compliance with arenaflex's safety policies and procedures, as well as adherence to industry regulations and standards.
**Essential Qualifications**
* At least 3-4 years of project management experience in construction management, electrical power distribution equipment, or mechanical systems.
* In-depth understanding of subcontractor management, project financials, and risk mitigation.
* Technical knowledge of facility/building systems or IT infrastructure systems, including medium voltage switchgear, diesel generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, fire/security, cooling, heating, and rack systems.
* Experience leading and developing project teams to achieve improved results, measured through increased customer satisfaction and project profitability.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience supervising technical staff and managing project teams.
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
* Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
