As a representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, making outbound sales inquiries, and providing exceptional customer experiences. You'll work with a range of clients, from commercial to public sector, and will be trained on industry-leading contact center technology and customer experience methodology. **Key Responsibilities** • Listen to and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide accurate information to customers • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customers and meet sales targets • Explain and position products and processes when interacting with customers, ensuring a deep understanding of our clients' offerings • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction and work with internal teams to resolve issues • Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling **Ideal Candidate** We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, building relationships, and turning knowledge into customer wins. You'll be a quick learner, able to adapt to new systems and processes, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent. **Requirements** • Must be 18 years of age or older • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience with data-entry utilizing a computer • The ability to read and speak English fluently • Have a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+) • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute) • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation, including the training period • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications and the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation • Must be customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious) • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage • Strong team orientation and customer focus **Preferred Qualifications** • One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support in a contact center environment • State or Federal work experience **Work Environment and Culture** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a professional office environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
