**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team, providing premium service and support to our customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for assisting with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product information. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide premium service and build relationships with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence
* Assist with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product information
* Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience within food service, retail, or call center setting
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed, with the ability to hardwire
* Ability to pass a typing test with 40 WPM
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on footwear or retail products
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
* Strong knowledge of footwear products and industry trends
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Previous experience with social media and online customer service platforms
