**Job Summary**
As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you will be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and healthcare providers, gathering information, and relaying it to clinicians. This role requires strong customer care skills, excellent verbal communication, and the ability to remain professional and composed in challenging situations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Receive and process calls from patients and healthcare providers

* Work independently from home, using your own equipment and internet connection
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Requirements**
* 18 years of age
* Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Accurate keyboard and typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
* Ability to work independently from home, using your own equipment and internet connection
* Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
* Background check will be conducted as part of the interview process
* Federal work-eligibility check will be conducted upon hire
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work in a team environment, with minimal supervision
* Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software
