**What You Will Do:**
As a Part-Time Virtual Customer Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Working from the comfort of your own home on a flexible schedule that suits your needs, with opportunities to work morning, evening, or weekend shifts.
* Taking an average of 4+ calls per hour from customers across the USA, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve their issues.
* Troubleshooting technical issues with customers, providing expert advice on cellular phones, billing, and general questions.
* Maintaining a highly organized and motivated approach to your work, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and meeting your performance metrics.
* Collaborating with your team members to achieve common goals and objectives, and contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
