**Your Role**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be a vital part of our remote work-from-home team, bringing humanity to business and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your passion for helping others, combined with your strong product and brand knowledge, will make you the difference between an average and exceptional customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Bring your passion and expertise to recommend upgrades to customers' health plans, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
* Conduct research and make outbound calls to provide answers to customers' general health care benefit and eligibility questions, as well as enrollment status requests for new and existing members.
* Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information, and resolving any issues that may arise.
**What You Bring to the Role:**
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy, just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared.
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
* Computer experience, with a reliable high-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps) and a USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets not accepted).
* A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in.
