**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide consultative sales insights and top-notch customer support to clients via phone, building strong relationships and trust to meet and exceed sales targets and call quality requirements.
* Utilize established sales strategies to close deals effectively, while conveying appropriate assumptions to ensure clients are prepared for subsequent stages in the installation cycle.
* Collaborate with clients, specialist organizations, and Home Depot Partners to facilitate deals and arrangement fruition, driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding call quality requirements.
* Handle sales requests and set arrangements in the most practical way for the Home Depot, ensuring suitable pricing and processes are followed while logging all data and managing the client.
* Check item and arrangement precision, setting exact assumptions for the client experience.
* Work in a fast-paced, organized environment, requiring self-motivation to achieve sales targets.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
* 20%: Collaboration – Work with Home Depot Partners and specialist organizations to facilitate deals and arrangement fruition.
* 40%: Communication – Call clients to survey items and set arrangements.
* 20%: Customer Support – Provide consultative customer care and easy sales insights by telephone, building compatibility and trust to meet and exceed sales goals and call quality requirements.
* 20%: THD Cycle and Strategy – Locate client, specialist organization, and Home Depot partner issues as soon as possible.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications).
* 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PC capabilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, requiring self-motivation and adaptability.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
